They partnered with Lissa and Mike to assist with business development, MWBE certification and strategic initiatives as the company transitioned from a mentor protege partnership to a standalone business. Focused on growth in both public and private sector projects, Adams Martinez helped Tsen Engineering with establishing new partnerships, cultivating relationships, expanding their project portfolio and rebranding their structural engineering business, ultimately resulting in business growth and expansion in Central Texas.
